Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products as long as you return the product in good condition with the original packaging materials. Please call for a return number.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

Not to worry. We are certified PCI compliant. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of requirements designed to ensure that ALL companies that process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment. Essentially any merchant that has a Merchant ID (MID). We have been verified.

Why does it cost more for previous years?
|

We work very hard to keep our prices low and we count on being able to take advantage of certain economies of scale in processing orders in bulk. We therefore offer an ordering window so that all orders can be processed at one time.
We’re happy to continue to fulfill orders past the initial price deadline, but when orders come in outside of the order window, they must be processed separately and this creates extra work.
